From inactive it is now very active

I’ve always been fat and I pretended that I didn’t bother me. When someone made fun of me, I defended myself completely! I ate when I was sad, stressed, happy, or when I felt rebellious, basically I ate for whatever reason. I didn’t exercise so people won’t laugh at me, but later on, I couldn’t because I lost mobility due to my 230 pounds. I could hardly walk anymore, I had to use a cane, a walker or a wheelchair. I felt like a worm because to get up, I had to crawl. One day playing on the floor with my son, I couldn’t get up. My legs didn’t respond and seeing my son so worried, broke my heart.
